Current and retired union members of participating unions are automatically eligible for their Union Savings benefits. See if your union is one of our participating unions to get started.

Go to and click ‘Get Started’ in the top right hand corner. Enter the name of your union and local (if applicable) to begin. If you experience difficulties, you can reach us by phone at 1-800-418-2990 or by emailing and it will be our pleasure to help you.

Union Savings provides you with discount codes for online shopping and coupons for in-store shopping. You will find this information on the discount page. If you require proof of membership for one of our services, you will be provided with the required documentation on the discount page. Contact us if you need assistance and we will be more than happy to help!

Although membership is exclusive to the unions and locals that are registered with Union Savings, you are welcome to order on behalf of friends and family. Some restrictions apply.

We always try to source the most up to date list of locals from your union but sometimes we may miss a local or two. Also, your local may not appear on the list if it is a brand new local. Reach out to us and we will add your local to the list immediately.

Union Savings allows each union to select which benefits it wants to participate in, allowing individual unions to address its members’ needs and interests. If you feel you’d benefit from a program that your union doesn’t offer, you can contact your union to express your interest.

Union Savings is a not-for-profit. Our program is FREE for the union to join and FREE for the members to use. All costs associated with governance, administration and promotion of Union Savings are 100% covered by funds negotiated from commercial partners. None of your member dues goes to Union Savings.

Union Savings is the only not-for-profit, union run members’ benefit program in Canada. We are governed by a Board of Directors, made up of volunteer union representatives, who guide the direction of the organization. Union Savings regularly evaluates each program’s value, price and features with other similar programs to ensure that your union members are getting the best deal possible. We also value social responsibility and supporting the labour movement.
